Front Desk Concierge/Transportation 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 2820 Christian St, White River Junction, VT 05001 Valley Terrace Assisted Living is currently seeking a Part-Time Concierge/Transportation team member to join our community in White River Junction, Vermont.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephones with a professional and friendly demeanor Assisting and supporting residents with a positive, service-minded attitude Safely driving residents to and from appointments, shopping trips, and community outings Providing reliable, door-to-door service Coordinating and ensuring timely scheduling of all transportation needs
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with residents Must have a valid driver’s license Prior experience working with seniors is a plus Work schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday hours 8:30am to 2:30pm We offer a supportive and fun work environment with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. Additional hours may be available in other departments for those looking to supplement part-time work. Competitive pay based on experience.
