Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for seasonal dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Provide support during catering events, ensuring high-quality presentation and service. Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and sanitation standards.
