Key Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with precision Prep and cook ingredients to order with consistency and finesse Collaborate with servers to ensure timely and accurate orders Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workspace at all times Follow kitchen procedures and food safety standards without exception Take pride in every plate — it’s about the guest experience

You’ll Do Well Here If You Have:

Experience with tools like ovens (gas/Combi), slicers, Robocoupe, Cryovac, etc. A background in high-end or scratch kitchens Excellent time management and communication skills The ability to hustle and stay cool under pressure Reliable transportation and Sunday availability A desire to be part of a tight-knit, no-drama kitchen crew Ready to bring your skills to the table? and be part of a growing company that values hard work, passion, and great food.
