We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food and the ability to meet customer expectations through precise preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for preparing dishes to order, ensuring that all prep work is completed efficiently, and coordinating orders for timely delivery. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in upholding food safety guidelines and maintaining consistency in quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality food items to order, ensuring consistency and meeting guest expectations. Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision to maintain uniformity across all dishes. Execute daily prep work to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate multiple orders simultaneously to support prompt table service. Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations to guarantee guest safety. Adapt to special guest requests while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen. Thorough understanding of health department regulations and food safety guidelines. Familiarity with operating expo screens and managing order flow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Capability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours). A drug test must be passed prior to hiring.
