Job Description:

Job Description A Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menuitems created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen runningsmoothly. Some of their key duties and responsibilities include:

Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stationsPreparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients andcooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks Platingprepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance Working with serversto ensure that orders are completed according to request and ontime Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils andstoring the equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that thekitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standardsand regulations 1st shift-6:00a-2:00p $15.00/hr Work Experience

• Aminimum of one year of experience in a culinary setting
• Proficient knowledge in kitchen administration and the capacity tocollaborate effectively within a team
• Strong organizationalskills and the ability to actively listen
