We’re Looking For:

Experienced Kitchen Staff:

Individuals with a minimum of 1 year in a high-volume kitchen setting, that includes preparation of cut vegetables, cooked meat, and more.

Experienced Dough Handler:

We need pizzaiolis that have worked with dough, or at least bakers that have worked with dough and crave working with pizza

Experienced Pizza Maker:

Whether at home or commercially, having made pizza regularly is a major advantage

Shaping, topping, loading pizzas into a stone-hearth oven, as well as preparing pizza for pizza by the slice. Lead and train future pizza makers Qualifications One year or more previous experience working in a pizzeria Experience working with dough Skills in food handling, preparation (like working with kitchen knives), and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to create exceptional food, drink, and customer experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Requirements Reliable transportation to and from the pizzeria Strong oral communication skills U.S. work authorization Regular on on-time attendance Ability to work well independently and with a team Ability to perform repetitive tasks Ability to read and follow recipes and use math skills Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time in a hot environment Ability to operate appliances Ability to consume at least small amounts of all pizzeria food and beverage products to ensure quality Ability to manipulate objects (ex. dough) with both hands Job Type Full-time, non-exempt position Morning, day, and evening shifts based on need 6
