Cook Saza Serious Italian 130 Commerce Street, Montgomery, AL 36104 We are looking for Cook’s to join our team. We are actually hiring all positions in the kitchen. Pizza cooks, sautee cooks, pantry & dishwashers. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be adept in moving around the kitchen and capable of multi-tasking. We need detail orientated, hardworking people to join our team. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to follow our recipe’s & standard of service. Take direction well from our chef & lead staff. Responsibilities Set up workstations with all needed ingredients, utensils, and cooking equipment Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check quality of ingredients Skills Proven experience as a cook Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) Ability to follow all sanitation procedures Ability to work in a team Very good communication skills
