Grill Cook/Prep Cook Pelham Diner 2147 Pelham Parkway, Pelham, AL 35124 “`Duties“`

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate grill equipment and ensure proper cooking temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, including equipment and utensils
• Follow all safety and health guidelines while handling food
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
• Familiarity with food service industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
