  • Description:
  • We’re looking for an experienced cook to join our team on a per diem basis. This isn’t a prep role — we need someone confident, experienced in batch cooking, and familiar with dietary needs in a healthcare setting.
  • If you’ve cooked in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment, we want to hear from you.
  • What You’ll Do:
  • + Prepare and cook meals in large batches according to planned menus + Follow modified texture diets (puree, mechanical soft, etc.) + Ensure meals meet resident-specific dietary and nutritional needs + Operate and clean commercial kitchen equipment + Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
  • What You Bring:
  • + Proven experience as a
  • cook
  • in a
  • skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting
  • + Familiarity with
  • mechanical diets
  • , •pureed food•, and •dietary guidelines•+ Knowledge of •food safety and sanitation•practices + Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently + High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary training a plus) •Make an impact through your cooking.
