PM Job Description:

We are a vibrant poke bowl restaurant seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for college students looking for a part-time job with convenient hours that fit around their class schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Ingredients:

Efficiently prepare and assemble ingredients for poke bowls, including chopping vegetables, slicing fish, and preparing sauces.

Food Assembly:

Work on the line to assemble poke bowls according to customer orders and our restaurant’s standards.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Ensure the kitchen area remains clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.

Stock Management:

Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including receiving and organizing supplies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred, but not essential. We provide on-the-job training.

Time Management:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Attention to
