Growth and Development Responsibilities:

Prepare food for a fine dining restaurant under the Executive Chef Create seasonal menu changes and detailed specials to wow our guests Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe and high-quality food service Prepare all items needed for service, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and butchering meat Prepare items for other stations or special events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive experience in a food service setting; additional culinary training/coursework is a plus Passionate about cooking with great creativity and understanding of culinary basics Commitment to customers and reliability to co-workers Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress and behavior Positive outlook and strong teamwork skills Diversity creates a healthy atmosphere.
