• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items, following recipes, and ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation.

• Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in the food industry
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

• Skills:

• Catering experience
• Culinary knowledge
• Proficiency in kitchen operations
• Food safety and handling practices
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience as a Dietary Aide is a plus
