Overview:

Siena Ristorante New Haven, modern Italian, all scratch cooking restaurant located at the Blake Hotel in downtown New Haven is looking for a lead line cook.

Job requirements:

This individual should have at least 3 years experience working in a high volume scratch cooking restaurant.

This individual should speak English and preferably be bilingual in Spanish.

Be a team player who can train and motivate his co-workers.

Help the Chef de cuisine with maintaining culinary standards, communicate in a respectful manner with all team members in both the front and back of house.

Responsibilities include helping to minimize waste, execute recipes as documented, help with ordering, helping to execute banquet events.
