The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation, while ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Utilize various kitchen equipment, including ovens, knives, and food processors, to create high-quality meals. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines. Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during peak service hours. Participate in catering events as required, showcasing culinary skills in a variety of settings. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques related to pizza preparation. Knowledge of food handling safety practices and ability to maintain a clean working environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in meal preparation. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
