The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizza to our customers. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to our established recipes and standards, ensuring that every dish is made with care and precision. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and adhering to food safety regulations. Duties Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes. Cook pizzas in a timely manner using ovens or other cooking equipment. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards. Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness. Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations. Help manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels for ingredients. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Experience working in an Italian pizza restaurant. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
