The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and culinary arts, with a passion for fine dining and hospitality. As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation. Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment. Develop and implement menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Oversee cash handling procedures during service periods to ensure accuracy and accountability. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the culinary industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including inventory control and cost management. Experience in supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus. Background in fine dining establishments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and guest relations.
