Breakfast and Lunch Cook Island Gecko Grill 773 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL 32953 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated individual with experience cooking in a sometimes fast paced breakfast and lunch restaurant. Food prep and line cooking experience is a must. Experience Previous experience in cooking a wide range of breakfast item in a sometimes fast paced restaurant. The ability to pan cook eggs to order and know the difference in the ways they are prepared is a plus. Must have 2 plus years experience on a breakfast line. Must have the ability to prep and open the restaurant at 7am 3 days a week. Come join our team in a laid back, occasionally intense, drama free atmosphere if you meet these requirements.
