Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking for a line cook for our Food and Beverage outlets Ilios and Le Marché Gourmet Market
The ideal candidate has previous experience 12 years working as a line cook in fast pace and high volume restaurant, Experience with the grill, fry, and sauté stations are a plus, Hotel experience is highly preferred.

Shift Pattern:

Full Time Between the hours of 8am 6pm Days vary must have open availability

Pay Rate:

$19 per hour

What will I be doing?
Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
