As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences while adhering to food safety regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas. Assist in meal preparation for special dietary needs as directed by the dietary department. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in food service or a culinary environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
