Located at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, LB Eatery brings a fresh approach to all-day dining, offering brunch and dinner built around high-quality ingredients, house-made products, and natural wines. We are currently hiring a Line Cook to join our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, passionate crew building something special from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Execute dishes with consistency and care according to recipes and presentation standards Follow prep lists and station checklists with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the kitchen Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Assist in daily prep, inventory rotation, and kitchen closing duties Be willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a sense of urgency Ability to follow direction and take initiative Comfort working dinner and brunch shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of scratch cooking, food safety, and kitchen organization Passion for food, teamwork, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
