Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to The Sunness’ menu standards. Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor food inventory and help with ordering ingredients as needed. Assist with food prep and plating for special events or large parties.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant or kitchen preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety. A passion for cooking and creating memorable meals. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
