Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
