Must be able to handle a fast-paced kitchen, multi-task and be a quick learner. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a passion for food and cooking. Punctuality and reliability are a MUST along with reliable transportation. Shift hours will be Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. There may be occasional evening and Saturday shifts available. Wages include base pay plus tips. Tips paid out daily in cash, wages paid weekly. Start date would be late June/early July.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant is preferable.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dishes for guests.
