Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in food handling, food safety, and meal preparation
• Knowledge of catering, restaurant operations, and menu planning
• Familiarity with fine dining practices and techniques
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and cooking equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
