We will be open June 23rd!! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or food service setting, demonstrating a passion for creating delicious pizzas while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including ovens and pizza preparation tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including regular cleaning of work surfaces and equipment. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and tracking sales transactions accurately. Engage with customers when necessary to provide assistance or address any concerns regarding their orders. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for managing portions, inventory counts, and understanding retail math concepts. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team and provide help when needed. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
