Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and specifications
• Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
• Prepare ingredients such as dough, sauce, and toppings
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or similar food industry role is preferred
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Familiarity with POS systems for order taking and payment processing
• Strong time management skills to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
