The OS/Cook duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Comply with the Company’s MS requirements related to the position.
- Maintaining personal hygiene at the highest level.
- Planning well balanced nutritional meals within company guidelines for controlling costs.
- Maintaining sanitary galley conditions at all times.
- Maintaining adequate inventories.
- Using approved company procedures to order food and supplies under the Master’s direction.
- Reporting problems with vendor services.
- Perform the duties of a Crewmember.
