Breakfast Cook 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 1606 Indian River Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958 Capt Hirams is searching for a committed, proactive Breakfast cook who would enjoy work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The Breakfast cook will provide patrons with excellent food and quick service. You should be able to work with diverse personalities. This position requires nights, weekends, holidays, and shift work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be capable of handling a high-volume restaurant Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, breakfast items; including but not limited to scrambled eggs, omelets, soufflés, sides, breads, muffins, etc., as well as other food items Ability to use broilers, ovens/stovetops, grills, fryers, panini presses, and a variety of kitchen equipment Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, recipe specifications, cooking methods, plate presentation and garnishes Store and rotate product properly Follow quality standards and kitchen rules along with corporate policies and procedures Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen personnel, and dining room personnel Performs related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and other activities as requested. The employee must be able to lift/or move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
