Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and handling. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Skills Proficient knife skills for efficient food preparation. Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or catering setting. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
