Summary As a Pizza Cook at Formaggio Pizza & Italian Restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating our signature pizzas and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality. Located in a vibrant community, this position is essential for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Assist with food preparation for other menu items as needed. Provide excellent customer service during order preparation, including upselling when appropriate. Requirements Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in pizza or Italian cuisine. Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
