Doral, FL 33178 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ayudante de cocina to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
