In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our food truck operation, you will ensure that all food safety and handling standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and work areas. Assist in meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service. Serve food to customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods. Experience Previous experience in the culinary field, kitchen, or catering is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Experience in food service or meal preparation is a plus. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods will be beneficial.
