Qualifications:
- Experience at least 2 years
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Be able to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must be knowledgeable of local and federal food handling laws and regulations.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Must arrive to work on time, well groomed in a clean appearance.
- Work with team of cooks to do prep work for other shifts when needed.
- Provide excellent food quality, consistency in every dish.
- Maintain a super clean area, following company guidelines and by code.
- Closing shift will ensure to close kitchen with everything restocked and kitchen clean.
