Job Description
Working closely with Pantry Cooks, you’ll be assigned to the cold kitchen and assist in the preparation of garde manger items like salads, sandwiches, canapes, and plates. You will follow company recipes and help maintain all equipment in the stations. You’re the person we want if you have proof of cook apprenticeship completion and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Pantry Chef or Garde Manger in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or convention banqueting service!
