Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas for seasonal dishes. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
