Summary We are seeking a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Harbour Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards of excellence. Your contributions will be vital in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
