Line Cook Flight West 5894 Sunset Dr, South Miami, FL 33143 Line Cook – Miami, FL | Competitive Pay About Us Flight West Miami is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Line Cook to support our rotating seasonal menu in a collaborative kitchen setting. Flight West Miami is aiming to open on August 15th. We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews through July, with the goal of onboarding our Head Chef in advance of opening to lead training and prep. Role Overview Line Cooks will prepare dishes to spec, support high-volume service, and keep the line clean, efficient, and well-stocked. Key Responsibilities Execute dishes from prep to plate with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety on the line Prep ingredients and assist with specials Communicate clearly with sous chef and team Qualifications 1+ year experience in a professional kitchen Ability to follow recipes and plate consistently Team-oriented and fast-moving ServSafe Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
