To strengthen the success gained, we are looking for a Sous Chef/ Food prep for one of our House.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will help the Chef in all the preparation and area of work You will fillet fish You will cut fresh vegetable, fruits and prepare our sauces You will follow the steps for a correct preparation of the rice You will check and assess the quality of the products You will be responsible for the cleanings and the maintenance of high hygienic standards in the kitchen You will check the orders of products for the kitchen and check the DDTs

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years’ experience in food industry and restaurants (preferably fish-based cuisine) Knowledge of HACCP procedures
