Our handcrafted Pizzas and selection of Italian inspired provisions will be paired with Jacqueline Pirolo’s thoughtful wine & spirit list. Our food is what the guest’s come for, however our exceptional service & hospitality is what keeps them coming baDinner availability. Minimum 1 year food runner experience required. Work Location:

In person Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and cutting tools efficiently and safely. Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients. Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock is low. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash register operations accurately when needed, including processing payments and managing customer orders. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized regularly. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong basic math skills for managing orders and cash register transactions. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for culinary arts with a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
