Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure the quality of ingredients used in pizza preparation, maintaining freshness and flavor. Manage the pizza assembly line, including dough preparation, sauce application, and topping selection. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in menu planning by contributing ideas for new pizza varieties and seasonal offerings. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and kitchen procedures as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, particularly in pizza making. Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is a plus. Proficient knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Understanding of food safety regulations within the food service industry. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
