Pizza Maker Best From Italy LLC Miami, FL 33186 Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled fried Pizza Cook to join our dynamic food trailer kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in fried pizza preparation and cooking. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, delicious pizzas that meet our restaurant’s standards. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of fried pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in menu planning, including the selection of ingredients and seasonal offerings. Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives with proficiency and care. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide support to other kitchen staff as required, fostering a team-oriented environment. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in a kitchen setting, preferably within the food industry or fine dining establishments. Proficient knife skills for efficient ingredient preparation. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A creative approach to menu planning and willingness to experiment with new flavors and techniques.
