Summary
The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an Intermediate Line Cook to join our amazing team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.
You’ll join our dinner service team, preparing culinary creations for Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen and Blue Mojito Bar. Typical shifts are 5 days per week, 2pm
- 10pm.
An intermediate line cook requires goodmunication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel or fine dining cooking experience and a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training.
The Culinary team produces food for all hotel outlets and banquets. As a new team member, you will train with our experienced Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Once training isplete, shifts each week will be based on resort business and will include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
Previous line cook experience required, ideally in a fine dining environment
Ability to work single stations in the kitchen
Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
