Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with the provided recipes, standards, and health regulations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently under pressure and the skills to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles :

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s menu. Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Assist in the proper storage of food items, ensuring freshness and safety. Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Prepare necessary proteins for the day (butchering meat, cooking chicken, preparing rice and beans, making sauces, etc.) Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff. Handle and prepare all kitchen equipment with care and proper use. Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate service.
