Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 We are looking for a dedicated of experience to join our fast-paced, high-end kitchen. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about culinary excellence and ready to grow—potential to move into a Sous Chef position for the right candidate.

Job Summary:

As a Line Cook, you’ll be essential to maintaining the culinary excellence our guests expect. You’ll help prepare and execute menu items with precision, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and support the chef team during service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to exact recipes and plating standards Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in all kitchen areas Communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff Assist with inventory, prep, and new dish development Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times

Qualifications:

Experience in a restaurant or food service environment Solid understanding of kitchen tools and equipment Knowledge of food safety practices Culinary degree or background is a plus (but not required)

Ensure all food handling and safety standards are met throughout the cooking process. Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for special events or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Utilize knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance food presentation and flavor. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Background in meal preparation and food service. Experience in catering and serving, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning is a plus. Fine dining experience is highly desirable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$18.54 – $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
