University Blvd., Orlando, FL 32817 We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and fast line cook to join our team. This is a high-paced, high-pressure position that requires efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail. Only applicants who meet ALL of the following qualifications will be considered.

• . Must know how to flip eggs
• . Must know how to work on a flat top griddle
• Must have prior experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Must be extremely fast and efficient while maintaining quality
• Must be able to read tickets accurately and prioritize orders
• Must work well with others and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Must properly stock and rotate ingredients following food safety guidelines
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle the demands of a busy kitchen
• Must be able to complete all duties required, including food prep, cooking, stocking, cleaning, and any other tasks assigned by kitchen management
• Must be able to work weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately
• Read and execute tickets in order
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Stock and rotate inventory properly to ensure freshness and prevent waste
• Assist with prep work and ensure all stations are fully stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
