Line Cook (PM) (part of Hilton) 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 5555 Hazeltine National Drive, Orlando, FL 32812 Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Airport is looking for a qualified Line Cook (PM) with strong organizational skills in the kitchen. Essential job duties are; Prepare to order all food items, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits. Stocking of your work station. Prep assigned items. Hotline, coldline, Banquets experience is a plus. Grill, deep fry, bake, broil and microwave raw and prepped foods. Measure and assemble ingredients and cook items according to recipes and menu specifications. Carve or portion meat, fish and poultry for individual serving. Maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary and safe manner. Stock/restock items on line according to specifications. Wash and clean raw food products. Peel, dice, shred and slice food products using electric equipment. Wash dishes and clean kitchen as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. Working with fellow employees with consistent and friendly service. Projecting a positive image through exceptional team effort. Experience Required 3 year(s):
