Compensation:

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour, Full-Time
Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred 2+ years
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knife skills for food preparation

Skills:

• Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Knife skills: Proficiency in using knives for food preparation tasks
• Food handling: Ability to safely handle and store raw ingredients and cooked food items

• Banquet:

  Understanding of banquet operations, including portion control and presentation

• Meal preparation: Experience in preparing meals according to recipes and portion sizes

• Cook:

  Proficient in cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying

• Food preparation: Ability to prep ingredients, measure quantities, and follow recipes accurately
