Pizza Maker Vincenzo’s Pizzeria 3011 West Yamato Road, Boca Raton, FL 33434 First and foremost this is a neighborhood joint and we have regulars that like to talk and hang, if you are not a people person move on. We are open 7 days a week 12pm-9pm. Vincenzo’s is a fast casual pizza express shop. This is not a sit-down restaurant, we have counter space for standing and a few tables out front. We have an active slice counter 7 days a week displaying anywhere from 3-8 different pies. As mentioned this is a neighborhood pizzeria located in Boca Raton Florida. This is a relaxed atmosphere that can go from slow to slammed in a second, we do alot of online orders and delivery. This is an open kitchen, so I need people that can handle working side by side and getting along no matter what. There is ZERO Tolerance Policy for Arguing and or having tantrums in the shop. If I cant do it you cant do it. You will need to be able to make calzones , rolls, and square style pizzas (Sicilian, grandma etc.) We aim for the highest level of quality and consistency. I will show you how I do it, again we need to copy and paste our style to keep it consistent. You will be responsible for making the food the exact way the recipe book says, it will look just as the pictures look. You will be responsible for keeping your pizza station clean and stocked and again you must be a TEAM player. Several times a week we have catering orders, on fridays we flip about 200 pies through out the day before the slice counter or regular business, so you will need to be able to handle 200 pizzas, we have a routine and a solid method of getting them out (18in cheese and pepperoni pizzas) this is where team work comes into play, so you’ll either be stretching or someone will be working the stick / ovens or even having someone making pizzas side by side. it all plays, it Just depends on the day and the order ( 50 is the largest order for pies we will typically take since we are a smaller shop, we do salads , hot and cold sandwiches as well as some desserts and wings.)
