This is a key position in a high-volume kitchen, perfect for someone who takes pride in presentation, freshness, and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare salads, cold appetizers, and composed dishes to recipe and presentation standards Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salad station and prep area Work efficiently during service, keeping up with ticket times and flow Assist with prep, inventory, and daily station setup and breakdown Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Previous kitchen or salad station experience preferred (restaurant or catering) Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
