Cook Braybrook ALF LLC Hudson, FL 34667 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook. Candidate will have a strong background in food service, with Assisted Living Facilities. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to menu planning. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience. Experience Previous experience as a Cook in Assisted Living is preferred. Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and dietary requirements. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
